Expected for November 9, Black Panther 2 reveals itself a little more through the revelation of a toy. The latter reveals the armor of one of the important characters of this second opus: Ironheart.
After a first trailer released last July, Black Panther Wakanda Forever continues to reveal itself with a first glimpse of the armor of Ironheart, alias Riri Williams (camped by Dominique Thorne ).
It's a toy that spilled the beans! On Twitter, we can see the snapshot of a figurine representing the superheroine in a sleek and futuristic armor, similar to that of Iron Man.
As a reminder, Riri Williams will soon have her own series on Disney+. Black Panther 2 will therefore introduce this character into the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Created in 2016 by Brian Michael Bendis and Mike Deodato, she debuted in Invincible Iron Man Vol. 2 #7. Riri is also called Ironheart from the moment she attracts the attention of Tony Stark thanks to the armor she managed to build.
Tony having sacrificed himself at the end of Avengers Endgame , the two characters should not be able to ally on the small and big screen.
However, Riri could well replace him in one way or another. We'll no doubt find out more thanks to Black Panther 2, in theaters November 9, which will act as the launchpad for Ironheart.
In any case, the film promises to make sparks if it puts in the same room the geniuses that are Riri Williams and Shuri, little sister of T'Challa. And not only when it comes to welding armor!
